Hi, I’m Meagan. I’m a holistic health coach who helps women rebuild their mood, energy, and relationship with themselves through a whole-person approach to wellness.
I care deeply about mental and emotional health because I’ve lived through the other side of it. My own history with depression and trauma taught me something most programs miss: healing is not linear, and it certainly is not one-size-fits-all. You don’t move forward by forcing discipline or pretending you’re fine. You move forward when someone sees the full picture of your life and understands how your mind, body, environment, and daily patterns work together.
That is the foundation of my coaching.
I look at your entire wellness wheel: mood, nourishment, sleep, movement, boundaries, beliefs, routines, and the way your life actually feels day to day. Mental health is influenced by every one of these pieces. It shows up in what you eat, how you breathe, how you move, how you self-soothe, what you allow into your life, and whether your choices support the version of yourself you are trying to become.
My goal is to help you bring all of this into alignment.
